The Motorola Jewel is a luxurious & elegant mobile phone which is called a jewel due to the truly jewel like design. Motorola LAZR

Some leaked photos have been circulating of an apparent successor to the Motorola RAZR. Motorola clearly needs a new handset after a recent flurry of great phones from LG, Nokia and Sony Ericsson.

The Motorola LAZR or RAZR 2 is a chrome clamshell with 500MB of memory, text to speech software for emails and texts and a Linux operating system.

Apparently the phone will be available in GSM and CDMA versions and might be unveiled at CTIA in Orlando this week.
